I am pleased to offer a variety of services in Winston Salem NC to support your goals and journey towards self-discovery and wellness. I offer psychotherapy services, life coaching, and yoga.

I have specific interest and experience in working with young adults, families/ couples, women and non-binary humans, particularly in the LGBTQIA community, while providing a holistic approach to assist you in meeting your individual needs.

I practice from a non-religious position , and though I am open and inviting to all and will listen to and discuss Clients' religions and spirituality if they wish, my views are not from a religious or even secular stand point. I am grounded in science, humanistic viewpoint, and alternate spiritual possibilities.

I am a National Board Certified Counselor #644904 and NC Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor #11349. I am a nationally certified Therapist in MATCH ADTC, an evidence-based treatment of childhood anxiety, depression, trauma, and conduct problems; certification earned through 1 year training with Judge Baker Children's Center, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) through The Trauma Institute. I am an NMT Clinician (Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics) through Dr. Bruce Perry at Child Trauma Academy; I am qualified to conduct trauma assessments and Functional Brain Maps. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200 #24867) and provide group and private classes; yoga is a researched and proven method for increasing awareness, reducing stress and healing trauma.

I have 15 years experience in the mental health field, working directly with children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked in community mental health, in-home services, residential treatment facilities, and school-based mental health services; prior to private practice, I held a 6 year contract with WSFCS to provide school-based metal health services.
