Fees

Individual one on one sessions are 50 minutes in duration. The fee for a standard 50-minute session is $145; the fee for the initial diagnostic intake session is $165. Group counseling fees are charged at a rate of $20-50 per session.

Self Pay
​
Self Pay/Private pay means I am considered an out-of-network provider with insurance companies. Upon request, I can provide a 'Superbill' receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement according to the terms of your insurance plan. Contact your insurance company to verify your coverage for out-of-network behavioral healthcare providers prior to first appointment. Please note that most insurance companies require a diagnosis for reimbursement. A deposit will be due upon registration for services prior to assessment, and is applied to session fees; if the initial assessment is cancelled, the deposit is forfeited. I accept most forms of payment including debit, credit, cash, check & HSA/FSA cards via my secure HIPAA compliant online payment system. Policies
General
Consistency and commitment is required for our counseling sessions to be effective and beneficial. If you are late for an appointment, I will be happy to see you for the remaining portion of the appointment, however, the session will end at the scheduled time and you are responsible for full session fee. Please note that a recurring problem with missed appointments and/or nonpayment for services may result in termination of services.
A 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations, otherwise a late cancellation fee of $50 is due prior to rescheduling. If there is a ‘no-show’ the entirety of the session fee is due prior to rescheduling. If you late cancel without 24 hour notice, and the session can be rescheduled and attended that same week, I will waive the late cancellation fee. Because I know that life happens, I extend a grace of one missed session. Please note that a recurring problem with missed appointments may result in termination of services.
